Agile Development Model
Although not required for all of our clients, it is our preferred development strategy because we believe it offers our clients the best final product and the most control with their budget and the end product. In practice, this means we work on time and materials basis originating from an initial quote with an estimated budget for “feature creep”. This allows the design to evolve and expand functionally during the clients’ review process.
We incorporate you in the creation process and every ten days, we deliver working software.
Use Case Gathering
Collecting user stories is at the core of our development process. Understanding the ways a user may engage in the product at the beginning helps our quote and development process, and deliver a better client experience.
Storyboarding
The completion of mockups and storyboards without a lot of heavy design helps to save on costs. If it doesn’t feel right, then we simply move it to another mockup. Changing a graphic is easier than re-coding a button to a new screen.
Testing
Testing is performed by non-developer, unbiased testers on a variety of platforms.
